Kelly Osbourne's sharing the secret to her new, slimline figure.And sweating in the gym aside, Kelly reckons the secret lies in one rosy, round sweet treat...An apple.According to the Daily Mail, Kelly's lost nearly two stone, thanks to her recent stint on the US show Dancing With The Stars.She's also been showing off her trim figure in some fabulous designer frocks of late.She reportedly told US magazine Life & Style: "I've completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing With The Stars."A trick I've learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going."They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I've found just having a tiny little snack, like half an apple or something like that, before you go to sleep really helps."But, don't be fooled, there is some exercise involved as Kelly reveals pilates is her favourite workout of choice.She said: "Pilates is amazing, my posture is so much better and I'm even starting to get muscles on my tummy  -  it's incredible."While we trot off to find ourselves an apple, see Kelly and other stars who've ditched their unwanted pounds below.
